One of todays short workshops was the Body Workshop - Japanese traditional movement.

We learned that japanese children of today spend 2000 hours per year in front of a screen and only 1000 hours per year studying. By sitting by, for example, the computer this much the younger generation of Japan is getting a worse and worse posture. In Japan this is called neko-ze which literally means a cat's back. We focused on being aware of our body in able for this to change. We also learned about our inner muscles, traditional dance and how to be a lot more powerful simply with a few changes of how we use our body.

Another short workshop was about creating 3D figures together. The material was made from cardboard. There were a lot of laughter and happiness. The room was packed full and the heat was overwhelming but everyone was happy nonetheless!
